  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely fulfillment.

At Maple Maine, we take pride in our thoughtfully designed products, many of which feature exclusive patterns and artwork created in-house.

  • Maple Maine Exclusive Designs: Any product featuring original patterns, illustrations, or designs developed by Maple Maine is the exclusive intellectual property of Maple Maine. These designs are unique to our brand and cannot be copied, reproduced, or commercially replicated in any form.
  • Protection of Creative Work: We are committed to preserving the originality of our designs. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of Maple Maine’s exclusive designs is not permitted.

To maintain the integrity of our brand, any misuse of our exclusive designs will be addressed appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We take great care in ensuring that our ceramic products reach you in perfect condition. However, due to the fragile nature of ceramics, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to their delicate nature, ceramic products cannot be returned.
  • Replacements & Refunds: We only offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
    • If the product is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos as proof).
    • If the product has a manufacturing defect that affects its usability.
  • No replacements or refunds will be issued for damages that occur after delivery.

5. Payments & Security

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways to ensure a safe and seamless transaction experience.
  • For security reasons, we do not store your payment details.
