1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Returns & Replacements

  • Ceramic products are non-returnable due to their fragile nature.
  • We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
    • The product is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • No replacements or refunds will be issued for damages caused after delivery due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or accidental breakage.

3. Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:

  • Email info@maplemaine.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos and videos showing:
    • The damaged/defective product.
    • The original packaging and shipping box.
  • Our team will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
